Georgetown Environmental Law Review

Home

The Georgetown Environmental Law Review (GELR) is widely recognized as a leading publication of thought-provoking scholarly commentary and practical analysis of environmental law. Our publication spans a broad range of environmental issues, including climate change, renewable energy, administrative law, criminal law, the intersection of the environment and trade, security, and technology, and more. This issue, in line with our commitment to equality and anti-racism, we are seeking to highlight pieces covering environmental justice and civil and human rights.

The audience we reach is nearly as broad as the subject matter we publish. Each publication contains timely information tailored to the needs of practitioners, policymakers, scholars, and students of environmental law.

Submissions are welcome February 1 through mid-March and August 1 through mid-November. Submissions can be made through gelrsubmissions@gmail.com as well as through Scholastica. Please contact gelrsubmissions@gmail.com with any questions.
